KronBOT ("we", "us") operates this website for our FIRST Tech Challenge robotics team. This policy explains what data we process and why.

What we process
- Event leaderboard / voting: nicknames, names, team names, and vote counts stored in our database when used for public events.
- Technical cookies: essential session cookies for interactive features, short lived. See our Cookie Policy.
- Hosting logs: standard server/CDN logs (IP, user agent) processed by our hosting provider.
Purposes and legal bases
- Run team events and leaderboards with participant data (consent or event rules).
- Respond to contact emails you send us (legitimate interest).

- SupaBase database host (content and event data)

Retention
Leaderboard and content data are kept while needed for team history or until you request deletion where applicable.
Your rights (EEA/UK/RO)
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact cnikronbot@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
Event participation involving minors should be arranged with a parent/guardian or school organizer. Contact us to remove a minor's data.
